Our services

Specialist podiatry — under one roof.

Every treatment we offer is delivered by an HCPC-registered podiatrist, in a calm, modern clinic in Hayes End.

Podiatry

A podiatrist can treat anything from an ingrowing toenail requiring surgery under local anaesthetic to designing a custom-made foot orthotic to assist with tendon or joint dysfunction or pain. We are also highly specialised in managing the diabetic and high-risk foot, and the subsequent wounds that can arise. Using state-of-the-art diagnostic technology and tailored treatment plans, we ensure every patient receives precise, evidence-based care in a calm and supportive environment — whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a long-term condition, or seeking preventative footcare. Our holistic approach focuses on restoring comfort, improving mobility and enhancing your overall wellbeing.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy, or Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), is an evidence-based treatment that uses focused sound waves to stimulate the body’s natural healing response. These acoustic waves target damaged tissue to promote blood flow, cell repair and regeneration — without injections or surgery. It is clinically proven to treat many chronic pain and soft-tissue injuries, including plantar fasciitis (heel pain), Achilles tendinopathy, ankle and foot pain, shin splints, and sports or overuse injuries. Non-invasive and with minimal side effects, many patients report significant relief after just a few sessions, with improved mobility and faster recovery — particularly for stubborn or recurring injuries.

Gait Analysis

A biomechanical assessment evaluates how the muscles, bones and joints of the feet and lower limb interact and move. It highlights the structural mal-alignment or muscle imbalances that predispose patients to pain in the lower back, hips, knees and feet — sports injuries, for example, are often caused by repetitive strain due to inefficient mechanics. We combine digital gait analysis, pressure-plate scanning and 3D-printed orthotic technology to deliver highly accurate diagnoses and bespoke treatment solutions. Our goal is simple: to help you move with comfort, confidence and balance, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or preventing future issues.

MLS Laser Therapy

We’re proud to offer MLS Class IV Laser Therapy at our clinic. MLS — short for Multiwave Locked System — uses dual wavelengths of light energy to penetrate deep into muscles, tendons and ligaments, accelerating cellular repair, increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation, so patients experience faster recovery and lasting relief. Unlike many treatments it is completely safe, painless and drug-free, often providing noticeable improvement from the very first session, and is clinically proven to support healing across a range of musculoskeletal conditions including chronic pain, sports injuries and post-surgical recovery. It also plays a vital role in wound and ulcer healing, particularly for patients with diabetic or slow-healing wounds.

Paediatric Footcare

Children’s feet aren’t simply smaller versions of adult feet, and paediatric conditions require specialised care to address the unique needs of growing children. Many issues resolve on their own as children grow, but on some occasions an assessment with one of our podiatrists is needed. We provide a variety of child-friendly assessments and treatments — from in-toeing and flat feet to growing pains, verrucas and ingrowing toenails — that get children back to playing sport, boost their confidence and restore excellent foot health. We pride ourselves on being a diverse, inclusive clinic: our podiatrists are experienced in treating children with physical and mental disabilities, providing a calm, relaxed environment for both parent and child, with sensory toys and extra support on hand whenever needed.

Medical Pedicure with Warm Wax Therapy

This isn’t your average pedicure. Your appointment begins with a full medical history review, and our podiatrist assesses the structure of your feet and the condition of your skin, flagging any concerns and offering personalised clinical advice. You’re then treated to our Prendre Warm Wax Therapy — your feet are coated in rich therapeutic wax and placed into a heated boot to seal in the warmth, deeply easing stiffness, calming aching joints and boosting circulation. To finish, we apply an intensely nourishing cuticle oil that leaves skin silky-smooth and renewed. It’s ideal for tired, overworked or aching feet, arthritic or stiff joints, and dry, cracked or ageing skin. Because it’s carried out by our Clinical Team, you leave not just relaxed but reassured. (This treatment may not be suitable for those with open wounds, active infections or certain circulatory conditions; diabetic patients are always assessed for suitability beforehand.)
