Understanding how you move
A biomechanical assessment evaluates how the muscles, bones and joints of the feet and lower limb interact and move. It highlights the structural mal-alignment or muscle imbalances that predispose patients to pain in the lower back, hips, knees and feet. Sports injuries, for example, are typically caused by multiple factors including repetitive strain due to inefficient mechanics. We combine digital gait analysis, pressure-plate scanning and 3D-printed orthotic technology to deliver highly accurate diagnoses and bespoke treatment — helping you walk, run or compete pain-free while reducing the risk of future injury.

A wide range of conditions
Gait analysis can assess structural and alignment issues such as flat feet, high-arched feet, leg-length discrepancy and overpronation; joint and soft-tissue conditions including bunions, sesamoiditis, Morton’s neuroma, plantar plate injury and osteoarthritis; heel, ankle and lower-limb pain such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tarsal tunnel syndrome and ankle instability; and children’s foot conditions like in-toeing, flat feet, growing pains and paediatric heel pain (Sever’s disease).
